The service

JustLodged sends a weekly email and spreadsheet of building and planning applications lodged in the area and trade packs you choose, taken from government open data, and gives you a dashboard with the same jobs on a map. We sell the reading, sorting and delivery, not the data itself, which remains under its government open licence.

Price and billing

Plans are charged monthly in advance, in Australian dollars, plus GST, through Stripe. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price change. Your first list is free.

The CRM add on is $50 plus GST a month on top of any plan, billed the same way, and you can cancel it on its own and keep your list.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your dashboard (Account, then Card, invoices and cancelling) or from the Manage subscription link in any Monday email. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the lists already sent. There is no lock in and no exit fee.

How you may use the lists

Contact owners by letterbox only. Do not cold call, door knock, or look owners up from our lists. Never put advertising in a letterbox marked No junk mail or No advertising material, and never on a fence, gate or car. Follow the rules for each state printed in every list. Print our opt out line on every flyer and tell us within seven days when an owner asks to be left alone.

We may suspend a subscription that breaks these rules after telling you why. You may reuse the government data in the lists under its open licence; our own sorting and formatting are for your business only.

Accuracy

Government data can be incomplete, late or wrong, and applications can be withdrawn or refused. Check the public record before you act. If a list does not arrive or is materially wrong, tell us and we will resend that week's list or refund that week, as our liability allows under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may add or remove councils as governments change what they publish. The coverage page always shows what is included. If your area loses coverage, you may cancel with a pro rata refund of the current month.
