JustLodged covers every council in New South Wales, the whole ACT, and Logan City and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Lists come only from governments that publish new applications as open data under a licence that allows reuse, so the rest of Queensland and the other states are not covered yet. This page lists every source, and every place we do not cover.

Construction certificates name the builder when the builder is a company. Every job shows a cost band, never the exact figure.

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redland, Toowoomba, Cairns and the other Queensland councils do not publish their applications as open data we are allowed to resell, so they are not included.

Many ACT single homes are approved by building certifiers without a DA, and those are not in the government feed.

We only use data that governments publish under a licence that allows it to be reused in a paid service. When another council or state publishes its applications that way, we add it and tell every subscriber.

What we leave out on purpose: applicant and owner names, builder names unless the builder is a company, certifier numbers, lot and plan numbers, and exact costs.
